What you will need:
- Executive summary of the company incorporating history of company, experience of management, why you have a need for funding, amount of funding required and source of repayment and financial projections for next two years.
- Last three years business tax returns
- Balance sheets for end-of-year for last three years
- P&L For last three years
- Current year P&L and balance sheet for the end of the month correlated with the P&L
- Current Personal Financials for the owner (for each owner of 20% or more of the company)
